Love the signature series hard wax! I briefly tested other brands and quickly found that this is the wax all of my regular wax clients prefer! Hands down won’t be using another wax in my treatment room again!
Wax was smooth to apply and not much pain when i removed the strip like others I’ve tried!
I wish the delivery time was faster but I love mermaid wag and don't use anything else!!

Not only is it so beautiful & glittery, it's gentle on my skin. It's my first time waxing my under arms and legs. I still have a lot to learn but this wax is good if you're a beginner. Waxing is a bit of learning curve but I will be using only this one. It's expensive but you get what you pay for. I love it & can't say enough good things about it.

First time trying this wax, and it was great! I was excited to try this wax after looking at the reviews and checking it out online and it did not disappoint which was super exciting! I will definitely continue using this wax and recommend it also!
Hard to find the right temperature for the right consistency and comfortability for the client. Like that you can apply it thin but you can't make the strip too thin or else the wax will break off and stick to the skin. Though i am looking forward to trying a different batch and using the customized wax bombs to see if I like the wax more like that. 😊
We ordered wax and when it arrived the bag of wax and the shipping package had been cut and the beads went everywhere! There is no customer service number to call so I emailed. Back and forth about their so called rules about ordering for someone else and then was told that we cut the bag ourselves!!!!
I live in AZ- I can't order this again in Summer! As it arrived in one piece, Never fear! I own a hammer! it should be just fine after I get to it. The melted version is wonderful for all my delicate skin. Face, underarm and bikini area are great. Thanks for making a non after sting!

I will forever use mermaid wax for my clients. They always tell me how good it feels on their skin and the RESULTS….. girl. I know this wax is a little pricey compared to other waxes on the market but it is worth every penny. Applying is a dream- I use signature series for full body waxing including brows in my studio and it works amazing for everything. It dries fast so I can work quickly but has NEVERRRRR cracked on me. Mermaid soft wax is amazing too- I use that for legs and arms. I also love and am always so grateful for the shipping. It gets to me SO fast and I NEVER have to worry about it being out of stock.
