Unfortunately, Mermaid Wax does not offer discounts or credits for orders placed incorrectly. It is your responsibility to read & adhere to our guidelines or reach out for questions or special orders. There's always exceptions to the "rules" :) However, if you don't create an account with a password & follow the instructions to receive your discount, the discount on that order(s) is lost forever.
*Please note:
Mermaid Wax is a hair removal wax company, not a salon supplies store. Although we sell salon supplies that compliment our wax, we do not sell salon supplies to those that aren't purchasing wax. Your order will be canceled and you will be charged 15% of the total order amount if you refuse to add hair removal wax to any order that does not include hair removal wax.
Again, WE DO NOT SELL Mermaid Concentrated Bombs (Glitter, Color, Scent, & Skin Additive), Silicone Mermaid Mats, Wax Warmers, Clothes, Signs & Stickers, or any other products without the purchase of a commensurate amount of wax (*at our discretion, ie -at least 5.5lb of wax per 2 bombs | 22lbs or more per Pandora's Box). These products are available from other willing merchants and we hope you enjoy them.
We're aware why you'd want to buy our signs & stickers and branded products to display in your salon and use an inferior wax, but it still doesn't make sense.
