Unfortunately, Mermaid Wax does not offer discounts or credits for orders placed incorrectly.  It is your responsibility to read & adhere to our guidelines or reach out for questions or special orders. There's always exceptions to the "rules" :) However, if you don't create an account with a password & follow the instructions to receive your discount, the discount on that order(s) is lost forever.

    To qualify you must purchase 5.5lbs of wax or more and add your request to the order notes during checkout.  The gift will not be added to your order unless you request it during checkout. 

    From experience we know some Mermaids will email, message us on social media, and even try to call us to request their free gift because they forgot to add it to the order notes. This won't work.  Once the order is processed, it's too late.  Add it to the notes or lose the offer forever. :(
