Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot repurpose them once they've left our facility. For this reason, we do offer sample packages. If you're questioning your decision to buy, it's best to wait and get more information.

CANCELED ORDERS

Any order placed in error and canceled before fulfillment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This is a partial pass-through charge to cover the fees Mermaid Wax is billed by our merchant provider, as well as to cover our internal processing costs. 

Please note: "Any Order" refers to orders canceled, changed, or updated due to payment method, product(s), delivery times, shipping address, or user error; finger slip, forgot your glasses, cat stepped on phone, thought you were dreaming, etc.
