I’m a first time hard waxer, with a good YouTube video, the free wax warmer and my husbands help I was able to Brazilian wax. That said use common sense, the free warmer runs hot and we had to monitor for the right temperature and consistency.

The wax quality is really good. The only negative thing I would say is that the package doesn’t come filled up all the way and a lot of empty space is left for the price you pay.

As someone with sensitive skin, this wax is really wonderful. My skin doesn't turn extremely bright red after waxing. It also grabs the hair really well and gets it out from the root. I was really happy to find the brand. It is a little pricey but I am able to put aside the needed amount as it always lasts me quite a while. Thanks for making a quality product! I am looking forward to any skin prep or post-wax skin care products as well!

As always, I love this wax! You don't have to run your pot super hot in order to work with this wax, it doesn't break (when applied correctly) and, at least from my personal experience, I'm not as red after.

I have very sensitive skin and can no longer shave so I am learning how to wax at home (watch her videos, holy moly, changed my whole wax game). This is the first wax that I have bought from this brand and I really liked it. I used it on my legs, feet, underarms and forearms. I liked that I was able to lay multiple strips without having to worry about the strip breaking from it cooling too much before I pulled them. Any issues I had with the strips had to do with my amateur technique and not the wax (watch her videos... and get a mat to practice!). I had very little reaction from the wax afterwards, which is amazing for my skin. No scent to it, which I appreciate. Color was pretty. It seemed a little pricey at first but when I was laying the strips down properly, I found went through less of the mermaid wax than I needed before with the other brands and I had less clean up strips so again, less wax needed. I will be buying this again!

I really like the wax especially since it was easier to use and less painful. Im not sure if it was the wax or just my warmer but wax broke twice instead of coming off in one piece other then that everything was great. Definitely will continue to purchase.

I've used the pink signature series and I absolutely love it. I fell in love with the dark red look of this Hades wax and I had to try it. Unfortunately, this certain wax seemed to not pick up as much hair. It left many patchy spots and used up too much wax trying to get all the hair. I gave up and heated up the pink one, that one grabbed every hair with no issue. I really wanted to like this wax, but I will stick to the signature series.

I love this formula, I love the color, I'm a huge fan of mermaid wax. It doesn't break, you can lay it on very thin (though I prefer to lay it a little thicker). This is honestly the best wax I've ever worked with!

This wax is the sheet! Im a guy and i got tired of shaving and nicking my prized possesions so i tried waxing. Never looking back now that I’ve tried Mermaid Wax! I used the Hades signature series in a 1# warmer with half a glitter bomb. I was surprised at how many small hairs it lifted. Not even any semblance of cracking or breaking, either. Thank you Kristen!!

I LOVE Mermaid wax! Everything about it!!! The only thing I don’t like about the Hades is that it’s black. I mean it is a stunning wax! I didn’t know think about that I have dark hair and I like to see it in the wax when I pull it off . Can’t really see it in the black wax.
