I have not used a bunch of different brands, but this one spreads well, grips hair well, and does not get to hard. Stays soft and pliable. Works great! Price is fair for a quality product in a large quantity (at home us).

What a cute surprise receiving the shapes instead of the bag of beads I usually receive. Just freeze and break off a piece for my wax warmer. Works the same! 🤗
