Mermaid Wax is an exceptional product that consistently delivers outstanding results. As a long-time user, I can attest to its effectiveness and quality. Recently, I decided to explore other options, mainly out of curiosity and a desire for different colors. I'm thrilled I purchased two bundle boxes, allowing me to sample multiple varieties. Each color performs admirably, maintaining the high standard I've come to expect from Mermaid Wax.
The company's customer service is top-notch, always ready to assist and provide helpful guidance. This level of support adds significant value to my overall experience.
While the product itself is fantastic, I have two suggestions for improvement or something I would like to add as my own personal WISH list:
1. It would be wonderful if bundle packages included the option to add glitter bombs or scents as extras. These additions are fantastic and would complement the bundles perfectly.
2. I've been searching for a high-quality wax pot, and I wish Mermaid Wax would make their Goliath or Baby Goliath wax pots available for purchase without requiring a large minimum order. The open design with prominent edges is a feature I particularly appreciate in their pots.
Overall, Mermaid Wax continues to impress with its quality, variety, and customer service. It remains my go-to choice for waxing needs.

I just used mermaid wax for the first time, I absolutely love it!!! I really wanted to try glitter bombs too, but, the color was absolutely beautiful without the bomb. First I tried the pro series, it wasn't bad, I really liked it. I then switched and used signature series. I love them both and the shimmer in them is an added bonus to look at. Both waxes really gripped each hair, fine and coarse. Also, I noticed there was no wierd smell, no smell at all. I can't wait to try a pandoras box to add glitter and scents.

I ordered the wax about a month ago but today was the first day I actually used it and I use it on myself just to test the product. I used the Poseidon wax beads and it exceeded my expectations. I watched the videos and reading all the reviews but wanted to keep an open mind while judging the wax for myself. This wax is truly, truly, truly a WONDERFUL product. It melted nicely, it was easy and effortless to apply and even easier to remove. And I love that there is no sticky residue afterwards which made clean up a breeze. I definitely recommend this product I will be ordering again. I will not use another wax ever.

I am always skeptical about trying new products. After watching ALL of Kristen's videos, I decided to take the leap and sample Mermaid Wax. I bought the sampler with the two Signature waxes Sirena and Electra, and one Poseidon (Pro-Line). After doing a few test strips on my legs, I decided to do the unthinkable...give myself a Brazilian for the first time! I will never have anyone give me a Brazilian again. The ease of using this wax is incredible. It has so much elasticity to it. It is very easy to pull in one piece. The low temperature makes it very comfortable with very little redness. I highly recommend this wax. I am definitely a Mermaid Wax convert!
