Use this sterile surface to practice laying strips so that you can reuse your precious hard wax.  Great for beginners & seasoned pros alike.  Spray a little cleanser on the surface and ensure it's dry then spread your wax across it to practice.  Once it cools/hardens you can remove the strip & place back in your warmer.  As always remember to wear gloves to keep the wax sterile.  The Mermaid Mat can be draped over your arm, leg and more to get the feel for a curved surface and correct placement of your strips.  Practice clean edges and perfect your wax "lip" without the wasting your hard wax.
